These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the Lateroll website, waitlist, and mobile app. Lateroll is a private personal feed that helps users save, organize, and rediscover links, videos, posts, articles, products, recipes, ideas, and other online content.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Lateroll, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use Lateroll.

Use of Lateroll

Lateroll helps you save, organize, view, and rediscover online content in a private personal library and swipeable feed. You are responsible for the links, notes, collections, tags, and other content you save or create in the app.

You agree to use Lateroll only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate the rights of others, harm the service, interfere with other users, or attempt to access systems or data without permission.

Accounts and access

Some Lateroll features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

Saved content

Lateroll stores links and related metadata for content you choose to save, such as URLs, titles, thumbnails, source domains, collections, notes, tags, watched status, favorite status, archived status, and other organization details.

Lateroll does not own the third-party content you save from other websites, apps, or platforms. That content remains subject to the terms, policies, and rights of the original content owners and platforms.

Third-party content and links

Lateroll may display previews, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, or links from third-party websites and services. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy, availability, legality, safety, or continued access.

A saved link may stop working, change, become unavailable, or show different content if the original website or platform changes it.

Your responsibilities

You agree not to use Lateroll to save, organize, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, abusive, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise violates applicable law or the rights of others.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to save, view, use, or share any content you add to Lateroll.

Waitlist

If you join the Lateroll waitlist, we may use your email address to send launch updates, early access invitations, product news, and important announcements related to Lateroll.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the app, specific features, pricing, launch timing, or availability.

Free and paid features

Lateroll may offer free features, paid features, subscriptions, trials, or premium plans. Any paid features will be described before purchase.

We may add, remove, limit, or change features over time as the product develops.

Subscriptions and App Store purchases

If Lateroll offers subscriptions or paid features through the App Store, purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing may be handled by Apple under Apple’s own terms and policies.

You are responsible for managing or cancelling your subscription through your Apple account settings. We do not directly control App Store billing, renewal, or refund decisions.

AI and organization features

Lateroll may include AI-powered features in the future, such as summaries, tag suggestions, collection suggestions, search assistance, or answers about your saved library.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your needs. You should review AI-generated suggestions before relying on them. AI features may change, be limited, or be removed over time.

Intellectual property

Lateroll, including its design, branding, logo, interface, software, and original content, is owned by Lateroll or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of Lateroll unless we give you written permission or the law allows it.

Feedback

If you send us feedback, ideas, suggestions, or feature requests, you allow us to use them to improve Lateroll without obligation to compensate you.

Service availability

We aim to keep Lateroll reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may suspend, limit, or change the service for maintenance, security, updates, legal reasons, or product decisions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Lateroll if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create risk for Lateroll or other users, or if we are required to do so by law.

You may stop using Lateroll at any time. If account deletion is available, you may request deletion of your account and personal information, subject to legal, security, and operational limits.

Disclaimer

Lateroll is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lateroll will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, content, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the app, website, email, or another appropriate method.

Your continued use of Lateroll after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
